After a successful launch on the first day, the ViCon exhibit different brands with speakers who are full of insights.

Different speakers from Vista Land, Golden MV, Brittany, Camella, Crown Asia, Vista Residences, Vista Malls, Bria, Lumina, Lessandra, Camella Manors, and Golden Haven showed the participants why they should choose among the best brands. Moreover, the speakers emphasized how much the different properties have been lucrative investments over the years. Lastly, the event intends to show that the Villar group brands are not only for home seekers but also investors.

Every brand has its own story on how they provided their clients the property the dream house they deserve. After all, it all comes to one point, to cater to the Filipinos their dream home of their choice.

One of the country's fastest-growing developers takes part in the ViCon. Bria offers the most affordable houses to Filipinos who aspire to acquire their dream homes. Led by Ms. Camille Fornella, the first segment talks about whether a couple should live with their parents, rent, or buy their own house. Moreover, the answer would be dependent on the situation. Apart from the showcasing of the properties, the brand invited a speaker, Mr. Fitz Gerar Villafuerte. Moreover, Ms. Ubie Cristobal, the speaker, showcased various achievements of the brand, such as aggressive mass housing brand on tv and has been a sponsor of 40 shows on major TV networks. The brand prides itself on its achievements during the exhibit. With over 30 locations nationwide, Mr. Albert Tenedero, the speaker for the brand, proudly claims that the malls have established good relationships with major brands. Moreover, the speaker invited the ViCon participants to be part of the Vista Mall family. To go further into detail, providing a letter of intent with your business proposal is required, and it must include menus of products or services plus photos of existing stores.

CAMELLA MANORS

The brand offering affordable condominiums with an all-in lifestyle package, Camella Manors, takes part in the Vicon. The brand exhibited its products and primes itself on becoming the next big player in the condominium market. As the host emphasized, their condominiums give importance to the location of the property. Moreover, the brand showcased its different properties in Lipa, Caloocan, Puerto Princesa, Bacolod, Butuan, and Davao to help the participants decide their investments. 

LESSANDRA

Well known as a safe and secured community, Lessandra takes part in ViCon. Also, the brand is one of the most known developers for providing affordable and quality houses. Led by the speaker, Camille Natividad, the segment emphasizes why Lessandra is the best of the best. Similarly, with the other brands, the best promos are offered by the Lessandra to the participants with the chance to win prizes. In addition, the presentation made its point as to why you should invest in Lessandra homes. Lastly, with all the success achieved by the brand, it is proudly to announce that they are entering a new market, namely its first condominium project.

VISTA RESIDENCES

The brand stands proud with the strategic location planning of its different condominiums. Led by the speaker, Mr. Roy Amado Golez, the infrastructure boom in metro manila is discussed. Moreover, the presentation included the impact of infrastructure on the real estate market. With the speaker's expertise, he showed Vista's portfolio, and it reflects how lucrative Vista Condominiums are as an investment over the years. Mr. Jonathan Allen Yabut explained the critical factors to our success, specifically, our ability to embrace technology, financial wellness, motivation, and mental health. Firstly, the speaker said that we should be investing in our technology quotient. Next is investing in our financial wellness and knowing the difference between saving and growing. Accordingly, investing in your motivation is a must.
